Parent Education and Involvement at TALK

With regard to speech and language development, parents are in the best position to facilitate and influence their child's speech and language skills. With training and education, parents can learn to be their child's best communication partner and help to generalize skills learned during therapy to the home environment. Parent involvement is particularly important in early intervention.

TALK is proud to support and empower parents and caregivers through parent training programs, relevant education sessions and individualized home programs.
